At the end of the year I would like to invite coaches to this Round Table to share their 2017 struggles and celebrate their learnings, achievements and successes. Following that, it would be great, if we could also share what everyone has lined up and planned for 2018 (e.g. special projects, personal developments etc...). And who knows, maybe we can have a follow-up Round Table later in 2018 to see what has come out of your plans and intentions by then...
