**SESSION DESCRIPTION**
When asked to coach a church congregation a few years ago, I was both pleased and perplexed. As a lay speaker and musician in churches, I thought my role was well-defined. Bringing my professional life into my spiritual home was a fascinating challenge. Join us if you would like to share your experience while coaching an atypical group or find support if you're confronted with this situation currently.
