Dan Goleman IM Session

MANY leaders resist adding mindfulness to their daily practice (let alone twice a day, as recommended!). Even when their coaches (like Shirzad Chamine and Marshall Goldsmith) require it during their work together. Where does this resistance come from?

Dan Goleman says that "MIndfulness gives leaders a helpful platform, but they need additional emotional intelligence competencies to be outstanding." What gaps have you experienced? What bridges have proven effective?
